It works with iPhone and Android phones, and with tablets too. Because it uses induction rather than Bluetooth, the phone's brand and operating system do not matter.

Why is the sound not getting louder?

Induction needs the phone's external speaker to sit over the stand's sensor area. Move the phone slightly until its speaker lines up with the sensor, and make sure the stand is charged.

Does it need a cable or Bluetooth while playing?

Neither. The built-in battery powers it, and you recharge it by USB between uses. Charge it fully before the first use.

What's in the box?
