For Christmas, order by Thursday 10 December with free delivery, or by Monday 14 December with Priority. These dates are a recommendation, not a guarantee: December delays outside our control can happen. Order early if you'd like it lit up in the garden for the whole of December.
What if it's not right?
Email help@stockingjoy.com first with your order number. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused and in its original packaging; if you change your mind, the return postage is yours, and for an item over £50 we recommend a tracked service. If it arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo: we cover the return in that case. Test it as soon as it arrives, then fold it back into its box if it's a gift.
