Will it arrive before Christmas?
Free tracked delivery takes 7 to 9 working days and Priority (£2.90) 5 to 7, counted from dispatch, which is within 24 hours on working days.
What if it's not right?
Unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery: e-mail us first. If you change your mind, the return postage is yours; if it's faulty, we pay it.If it was a gift, the refund goes to the person who paid and the recipient can ask for an exchange. Returns policy

Frequently asked questions
How tall is it?
7ft, which is about 2.1 m. Add the height of your topper and check it against your ceiling with the tool under the button.
Does it have lights?
No. It's an unlit tree, so you can add any lights you like.
How is it put together?
Three sections push into one another and the bottom one sits in the folding metal stand. Then you fluff out the tips by hand.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
We dispatch within 24 hours on working days, with tracking. Free delivery takes 7–9 working days, Priority (£2.90) 5–7. For Christmas, order by Thursday 10 December with free delivery, or by Monday 14 December with Priority. These dates are a recommendation, not a guarantee: December delays outside our control can happen. Most families put their tree up in early December, so ordering in November gives you the whole season.
What if it's not right?
Email help@stockingjoy.com first with your order number. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused and in its original packaging; if you change your mind, the return postage is yours, and for an item over £50 we recommend a tracked service. If it arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo: we cover the return in that case. Keep the box: it's also the easiest way to store it in January.
