What if it's not right?

For Christmas, order by Thursday 10 December with free delivery, or by Monday 14 December with Priority. These dates are a recommendation, not a guarantee: December delays outside our control can happen. Most families put their tree up in early December, so ordering in November gives you the whole season.
What if it's not right?
Email help@stockingjoy.com first with your order number. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused and in its original packaging; if you change your mind, the return postage is yours, and for an item over £50 we recommend a tracked service. If it arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo: we cover the return in that case. Keep the box: it's also the easiest way to store it in January.
