Free tracked delivery takes 7 to 9 working days and Priority (£2.90) 5 to 7, counted from dispatch, which is within 24 hours on working days.
What if it's not right?
Unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery: e-mail us first. If you change your mind, the return postage is yours; if it's faulty, we pay it.If it was a gift, the refund goes to the person who paid and the recipient can ask for an exchange. Returns policy

Yes, the listing describes it for indoor and outdoor use on a 12V low-voltage system. Keep the plug and transformer sheltered.
Which size should I choose?
4ft for a doorstep, 6ft for a porch or patio, 8ft or 10ft for a lawn. Measure the space and the distance to the socket first.
What does it look like?
A metal cone covered in strings of LEDs, topped with a star. Only the light shows at night.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
We dispatch within 24 hours on working days, with tracking. Free delivery takes 7–9 working days, Priority (£2.90) 5–7. For Christmas, order by Thursday 10 December with free delivery, or by Monday 14 December with Priority. These dates are a recommendation, not a guarantee: December delays outside our control can happen. Order early if you'd like it lit up in the garden for the whole of December.
What if it's not right?
Email help@stockingjoy.com first with your order number. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused and in its original packaging; if you change your mind, the return postage is yours. If it arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo: we cover the return in that case. Keep the box: it's also the easiest way to store it in January.
