Free tracked delivery takes 7 to 9 working days and Priority (£2.90) 5 to 7, counted from dispatch, which is within 24 hours on working days.
What if it's not right?

How is it powered?
By batteries, so you don't need a socket. Batteries aren't listed as included: check the box on arrival.
Does it need assembling?
No. It comes in one piece: you unfold and shape the branches, then switch on.
How big is it?
3ft, which is about 91 cm tall. It arrives folded in a box of about 15 × 15 × 79 cm.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
We dispatch within 24 hours on working days, with tracking. Free delivery takes 7–9 working days, Priority (£2.90) 5–7. For Christmas, order by Thursday 10 December with free delivery, or by Monday 14 December with Priority. These dates are a recommendation, not a guarantee: December delays outside our control can happen. Most families put their tree up in early December, so ordering in November gives you the whole season.
What if it's not right?
Email help@stockingjoy.com first with your order number. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused and in its original packaging; if you change your mind, the return postage is yours. If it arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo: we cover the return in that case. Keep the box: it's also the easiest way to store it in January.
