What do I need to send?

A photo of the player, the team badge (if you want one), the player's name and their playing position. You upload the photo when you order and type the details in the personalisation boxes.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo of the player facing the camera, ideally from the waist up. A blurry or very dark photo will look the same on the card.

What is the difference between the formats?

The metal card is a double-sided pocket card for a trading card folder. The A4 and A3 versions are single-sided metal prints to hang on the wall.

Can I use a professional club's badge?

Please use your own grassroots, school or local team badge. We cannot print the crests of professional clubs.

How long will delivery take?

This gift is made to order with your personalisation: allow 5 to 10 working days to make it, then free tracked UK delivery in 7–9 working days, or Priority delivery (5–7 working days) for £2.90. Buying for Christmas? Order by Tuesday 15 December to receive it in time.

Can I return a personalised item?

Because it is made especially for you, a personalised item cannot be returned for a change of mind, so please check the spelling before you order. If it arrives faulty or we made a mistake, email help@stockingjoy.com with your order number and we will replace it.
