The problem

You want to give someone you love a little encouragement every day, not just on Christmas morning.

Why it makes a great gift

This jar puts a word of scripture within reach every day. It holds 90 rolled verse scrolls, colour-coded by feeling, and the label on the jar says which colour to choose: happy, thankful, angry, anxious, lonely or sad.

She picks the colour that matches her day, unrolls the scroll and reads the verse with its reference. The clear glass jar with its cork lid arrives in a black gift box, so it is ready to wrap or to hand over as it is.

Perfect for…

Your mum, grandmother or godmother finds comfort in her faith.

A friend is going through a difficult season.

You want a meaningful gift for a confirmation, a baptism or Christmas.

You know someone who likes a daily ritual of reflection.

01

Pick the colour that matches the day

The label reads Read me when... and lists six feelings, each with its own colour: happy, thankful, angry, anxious, lonely and sad.

On a hard day or a joyful one, she simply takes a scroll of the right colour and unrolls a verse chosen for that moment.

02

Ready to give, straight from the box

The jar arrives nestled in a black gift box with a gold cross plate on the lid, so there is nothing to wrap if you are short of time.

Opening the box and finding the colourful jar inside makes the moment of giving special.

03

A daily ritual on her bedside table

The clear glass shows off the rainbow of 90 scrolls, and the cork lid keeps them tidy between readings.

It looks lovely on a bedside table, a desk or a kitchen windowsill, a gentle reminder to pause for a moment each day.
