Bamboo Rainbow Suction Plate for Weaning Babies and Toddlers

A rainbow plate that stays put on the high chair tray, so less food ends up on the floor.

£14.99

Suction base that grips — the silicone base sticks to the high chair tray or table, so the plate is much harder to flip or push off.

Three sections — one large rainbow and two little clouds keep the purée, the fruit and the yoghurt apart.

Made from bamboo — a natural material that looks lovely on the table and in photos of first meals.

Silicone that comes off — once the messy phase is over, remove the suction base and keep using the plate.

The problem

Every mealtime ends with the plate flipped over, food on the floor and a baby delighted with the result.

Why it makes a great gift

The suction base does the holding: its BPA-free silicone sticks to the high chair tray or the kitchen table, so a curious hand can no longer send the plate flying. The easy-grip shape is designed for small hands learning to feed themselves.

The bamboo plate is shaped like a rainbow with two cloud sections, which makes it easy to serve a little of everything separately. When your child has grown out of the messy phase, the silicone simply comes off.

Perfect for…

You are buying for a baby who is starting or about to start weaning.

You want a stocking gift for new parents that they will use every day.

You like natural materials more than bright plastic tableware.

Your little one has a favourite colour: yellow, blue or pink.

01

Three sections for first tastes

The large rainbow section takes the main part of the meal, while the two cloud-shaped sections keep a dip, yoghurt or a few pieces of fruit separate.

Little ones can see each food clearly and pick what they want, which makes those first self-feeding meals a bit more fun and a lot less messy for everyone at the table.

02

The colour of the suction tab, your choice

The plate comes in three versions: the silicone suction base and its little tab come in yellow, blue or pink, framed by the warm natural tone of the bamboo.

It is an easy way to personalise the gift for a little one who already has a favourite colour, or to match the rest of their weaning kit.

03

A first-meals gift parents will really use

Grandparents, aunties and friends often look for a baby gift that is both pretty and practical. This plate is exactly that: it sits on the table at every meal rather than at the back of a cupboard.

And when the suction is no longer needed, the silicone base comes off and the bamboo rainbow carries on as an ordinary plate.

Frequently asked questions

What is the plate made of?

The plate is made from bamboo, and the suction base is BPA-free silicone.

Does the suction work on any surface?

It is designed to stick to a high chair tray or a kitchen table. It grips best on a smooth, flat, clean surface.

Can the silicone be removed?

Yes. The silicone can be removed once your child has grown out of the messy phase, and the bamboo plate can still be used on its own.

Which colours are available?

Yellow, blue and pink: the colour is that of the silicone suction tab, the plate itself keeps its natural bamboo tone.
