The problem

You love reading in bed, but the big light wakes your partner and the phone torch is hopeless.

Why it makes a great gift

A clip-on book light puts the light exactly on the page and nowhere else, so the rest of the room stays dark and calm.

Clip it to the cover, bend the flexible neck towards the text and pick one of the three colour temperatures. The brightness is adjustable, from a soft glow to a brighter light for small print. It runs on batteries, which are not included, so there is no cable to trail across the bed.

Perfect for…

You are buying for a bookworm who reads every night.

You know someone who shares a bedroom and reads after lights out.

You want a cosy little Secret Santa gift that anyone can use.

You are filling a teenager's stocking alongside a new book.

01

Light on the page, not in their eyes

Clip it to the book, bend the neck and the light falls on the page while the rest of the room stays dim.

It is perfect for bedtime reading, a late chapter on the sofa or a book on a long winter evening, without switching on the main light.

02

Three light colours, adjustable brightness

Choose between three colour temperatures, from crisp cool white for focus to a warm tone that feels gentler at night.

The brightness is adjustable too, so it can be a soft glow next to someone sleeping or brighter light for small print in a paperback.

03

Small enough to take everywhere

Mini and lightweight, it slips into a handbag or a bedside drawer and goes on holiday with the book.

It runs on batteries rather than a cable, so it works anywhere: in bed, in a reading chair or on a trip. Tuck it into a stocking next to a new novel.

Frequently asked questions

Are batteries included?

No. The light is battery-powered and the batteries are not included in the box, so have some ready if it is a present to open on Christmas morning.

How do I attach it?

It has a clip about 6 cm wide that grips a book cover, a headboard edge, a shelf or a desk. The flexible neck then lets you aim the light at the page.

Can I change the light colour?

Yes. It offers three colour temperatures, from cool white to warm white, and the brightness is adjustable.

How big is it?

It is mini and lightweight: about 15 to 16.5 cm tall with the neck, and the clip is about 6 cm wide, so it fits easily in a stocking.

How long will delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is free and takes 5–7 working days, with tracking. Need it sooner? Choose Priority delivery for £2.90 at checkout. Buying for Christmas? Order by {{DATE_NOEL}} to receive it in time.

What if it's not right?

You have 30 days after delivery to return the item unused and in its original packaging for a refund. Just email {{EMAIL}} with your order number and we'll guide you through the return.
