One lever lifts it — slide the lip under the furniture and press the handle down to raise one side.

Rolls instead of dragging — four roller pads under the corners let you push it across the room.

Steers in any direction — the sliders turn 360 degrees, so getting round corners is easy.

Kind to floors and furniture — rubber covers on the pads protect the furniture, and nothing scrapes along the floor.

The problem

Moving the sofa to clean behind it means heaving, scraping the floor and asking someone to help.

Why it makes a great gift

This set replaces the heaving with a lever and four rollers: slide the lifter under the edge of the sofa, wardrobe or washing machine and press down on the anti-slip handle to raise it. Slip a mover pad under each corner, lower it, and the furniture now sits on rollers.

The sliders rotate 360 degrees, so it steers easily, and the rubber tops grip the furniture without scratching it. It works on hardwood, laminate and carpet, and goes together without any tools.

Perfect for…

You know someone moving house or redecorating this winter.

They like to rearrange rooms or clean behind the big furniture.

They are the household's DIY fixer and love a clever tool.

You are buying for parents who should not be lifting heavy furniture alone.

01

Lift one side with a single lever

Slide the lip of the lifter under the edge of the furniture and press down on the anti-slip handle. The lever raises that side just enough to slip a pad underneath.

Repeat for each corner and the whole piece sits on rollers, with no heaving, no one holding the other end and no strain on the back.

02

Four roller pads that steer anywhere

Each mover pad rolls on wheels and the sliders turn 360 degrees, so the furniture follows wherever you push it, round corners and through doorways.

Rubber covers on top grip the furniture and protect it from scratches, and the set works on hardwood floors, laminate and carpet.

03

A gift for movers, cleaners and DIY fans

Five pieces, iron and ABS plastic, and no tools needed to put it together: it is ready to use as soon as it is unwrapped.

Choose red, yellow or blue. It suits anyone moving house, rearranging a room or finally cleaning behind the fridge.
