The problem

Christmas decorations that all look the same and get forgotten in the loft box.

Why it makes a great gift

This gonk brings a bit of mischief to the decorations. His tall, glossy hat with bold red and white stripes, forest-green polka-dot coat and red boots give him a personality that stands out on a shelf or mantelpiece.

Made from durable resin, he is sturdy enough to be unpacked every December and become part of the family's Christmas routine. Pop him beside a potted plant, on the windowsill or peeping out of a stocking.

Perfect for…

You know someone who collects gonks or Christmas gnomes.

You need a cheerful Secret Santa gift on a small budget.

You want a stocking filler that becomes a decoration.

You like your Christmas decorations with a sense of humour.

01

Bold stripes and a cheeky face

The tall pointed hat has a glossy finish with red and white candy-cane stripes that catch the eye from across the room.

Underneath, a round nose peeps out above a white beard, with a forest-green coat dotted in white and a pair of red boots. A small figure with a very big personality.

02

Made to come back every Christmas

He is made from durable resin, so he can be wrapped up with the baubles in January and brought out again next December without losing his charm.

Stand him on the mantelpiece, a bookshelf, the windowsill or the dinner table, next to a little greenery and some fairy lights for a cosy festive corner.

03

A stocking filler with a twist

Small enough to peep out of the top of a stocking, he makes a fun surprise on Christmas morning and quickly finds a home among the decorations.

He also suits a Secret Santa swap at work or school, a little thank-you for a neighbour or a festive extra for gonk collectors.
